Following a Cambridge masters degree, Adrienne has gained 16 years of senior management experience at Unilever and Allied Domecq in finance, supply chain and corporate social responsibility.
Her passion is to enable people to develop their potential and succeed against stretching performance goals and she has consistently delivered innovative change on a global scale.
As Ethical Trading Director at Allied Domecq, within six months of launching a programme operating in 24 countries, she won the Best in Class rating on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. She has also delivered process change and performance measurement systems on a world-wide level.
A qualified accountant (ACMA) and member of the Institute of Logistics, she has extensive experience of business start-ups, innovation, customer relationship management and training.
Importantly, she combines analytical rigour with empathy and a strong sense of fun.
