Alison combines 10 years of experience as a director in retail, wholesale, distributon and manufacturing in the UK, Europe and USA with 15 years in management consultancy as a manager, trainer, coach and facilitator for one of the UK's leading training organisations.
Her current clients are from the public and private sectors, and include partnerships and quoted organisations.
She works with individuals, groups and teams, using her coaching and facilitation expertise to enable participants to acquire all the necessary skills for the successful management of other people in an ever-changing environment. These include management, motivation, communication, goal setting, planning, and organisation.
She is a chartered member of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD).
