Derek Wilson is a portfolio, non-executive chairman with
33 years of CEO experience in the foods and drinks manufacturing distribution and retail sector. He spent
eight years in plc institutional investor management.

He is a specialist in business start-ups, MBIs and acquisitions as well as in launching fmcg products in the UK and USA.

Derek is a past president of the European Food Brokers Association, a current board member of the Sales Agency Council of the Grocery Manufacturers of America and the immediate past chairman of the International Association of Sales and Marketing Companies, based in Toronto.

Active in executive coaching and corporate finance in the UK and USA and experienced in global export operations, he was awarded the Chevalier dans L'Ordre National du Mêrite by President Mitterand and is a Life Member of the Institute of Directors, a member of the Council of the IOD and is a prime mover in the IOD's Chartered Director qualification.
