Jodie Gibbens

Jodie's career has focused on communications, strategy and marketing. In Asia for 7 years, Jodie worked with FMCG brands such as Smirnoff Vodka, J&B Whiskey and Baileys Irish Cream across Greater China. Her appointment as Marketing Director of Asian investment bank CLSA, then part of Credit Lyonnais Group resulted in a move to the UK in 1998 to cover 24 markets delivering marketing communications, change management and cultural integration programmes across Asia, Latin America and CEMEA. Following CLSA, Jodie has continued to work with organisations — such as HSBC, ABN AMRO, GE — and small — niche sectors, not for profits and start ups.

Her capability as an executive coach is underpinned by her passion for quality communication and collaborative thinking.

Working with individuals, within organisations to better align their personal and professional wants and needs to ensure happy, successful and worthwhile lives is her most fulfilling career role to date.

Jodie joined TPA in 2008 and formalized her training as an Executive Coach with her Masters level PG Certificate in Executive Coaching with Chester University. She now lives in Wiltshire with her husband and twins, Tilly and James.
