Julie’s initial career as a psychologist specialised in organisational and family systems consultancy.

For 16 years she was the founder and CEO of Winston’s Wish, a highly successful social enterprise which is the leading service for bereaved children in the UK. She has authored a number of books and contributed to several award winning documentaries. Her significant career achievements were recognised with an OBE in 2006.

She is married, with 3 children and lives in Gloucestershire. Julie is now using her extensive experience as a coach to challenge and support her clients to bring about meaningful changes in their work and personal lives.
