Victoria is an experienced HR Consultant and accredited Executive Coach with over 16 years' experience in the HR field both in corporates (Telecom Italia) and in consultancy (Hudson Global Resources).
In 1999, Victoria set up her own HR Consultancy, Definitive Resource Management in 1999 which focused on providing practical and sustainable HR Support in particular to the dot.com start-ups. She sold it 2 years later to Hudson Global Resources. At Hudson, Victoria was the Director of Talent Management and she worked with a wide variety of blue chip and SME clients (such as BP, British Airways, BAA, GE, Cisco, Merrill Lynch and Société Générale) focusing on talent acquisition and talent identification and development.
Victoria is passionate about identifying and unlocking potential to ensure that her clients achieve everything that they are capable of. Her style is empathetic, fun but challenging and entirely results-focused.
